Having trouble adding/modifying your chapters; writing review comments or answering your reviews?

You probably have a bug or computer virus that attacks our tinyMCE text editors. For the story text editors, we have a problem. Same cure works.

To get around it, just uncheck the "Use tinyMCE" box at the lower left corner of the text editor and write in the basic box your comments.

For the story text editor, uncheck the "use tinyMCE" box and recheck it for the text to appear. Or use the W or WORD feature and resubmit the revised chapter.

Fix it for Good: Go to "Account Info" under the top header, then to "Edit Preferences". Now uncheck the box for "Use tinyMCE WYSWYG editor". That removes the fancy options and provides a working basic text box.
